Wedding Agreement & Deposit Form Terms of Agreement * Changes We will do our very best to accommodate changes as they are presented. Any changes made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional fees depending on availability of the items requested. If your event date changes, we may not be available to accommodate you depending upon prior commitments. Substitutions Due to the unpredictability of nature, we can not always guarantee the availability of certain flowers as predicted. We will make every effort to bring your floral vision to life even in the event that a substitution needs to be made. Cancellations In the event that you need to cancel your order, we require 45 days advance notice. Any cancellations after this time will result in a 50% charge of the total estimate. Payments - A non-refundable 20% deposit of the estimate total is needed to reserve the date of your event. - 50% of the remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the event. - The remaining balance is to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. *No deliveries will be made until all balances are paid in full.
