Inquiry – Fill out one of our inquiry forms to get started. This helps us understand your vision, priorities, and budget.
Estimate & Mood Board – Based on your form submission, we create a custom estimate and mood board. Sometimes we have a few questions first via email to ensure we fully understand your vision.
Refinements & Retainer – We make any minor adjustments, then collect a retainer to officially secure your wedding date.
Periodic Check-Ins – We touch base along the way to keep everything on track and answer any questions.
Two-Month Final Review – About two months before your wedding, we review every detail to ensure everything is exactly how it should be.
Ordering & Preparation – We source your flowers, containers, and other materials.
Design & Delivery – In the week leading up to your wedding, we design your florals, load them up, and deliver them to your designated location.
Setup – We professionally install and style everything so it’s ready for your celebration.

Do you handle breakdown after the wedding?
No, breakdown and post-event cleanup are not included unless specifically arranged in advance. Our focus is on designing, delivering, and installing your florals so your day starts beautifully.
