Our Process
We believe in making the floral design process simple, seamless, and stress-free. Here’s how we work with our couples from start to finish:
Inquiry – Fill out one of our inquiry forms to get started. This helps us understand your vision, priorities, and budget.
Estimate & Mood Board – Based on your form submission, we create a custom estimate and mood board. Sometimes we have a few questions first via email to ensure we fully understand your vision.
Refinements & Retainer – We make any minor adjustments, then collect a retainer to officially secure your wedding date.
Periodic Check-Ins – We touch base along the way to keep everything on track and answer any questions.
Two-Month Final Review – About two months before your wedding, we review every detail to ensure everything is exactly how it should be.
Ordering & Preparation – We source your flowers, containers, and other materials.
Design & Delivery – In the week leading up to your wedding, we design your florals, load them up, and deliver them to your designated location.
Setup – We professionally install and style everything so it’s ready for your celebration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle breakdown after the wedding?
No, breakdown and post-event cleanup are not included unless specifically arranged in advance. Our focus is on designing, delivering, and installing your florals so your day starts beautifully.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season. Many couples book 12–18 months in advance.
Can you work within our budget?
Absolutely! While every wedding is unique, we do our best to work with a wide range of budgets and guide you on where florals will have the biggest impact.
Do you offer elopement or small wedding packages?
Yes! We create custom proposals for elopements and smaller weddings, tailoring designs to your location, style, and guest count.
Can we request specific flowers or colors?
Yes! We always consider your favorite blooms and color palette. Seasonal availability may affect some selections, but we’ll suggest alternatives that achieve the same look and feel.
What happens if a flower is unavailable or damaged?
We carefully source and prep all flowers and always have backup options. If a bloom is unavailable, we’ll select the closest seasonal alternative to maintain your vision.
Do you provide candles, vases, or other decor?
Yes! We provide all candles, vases, and other decor as part of your floral design. These are purchased specifically for your wedding — we do not offer rentals.
Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes! Once you submit your inquiry, we can schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, review budgets, and answer any questions before you book.
