Owner - Founder - Lead Designer
Emily started M's Wedding Flowers to combine her lifelong passions for design, horticulture, and art. Whether she’s marveling at a particularly interesting plant, giving a bouquet a little shake to study its movement, or diving deep into the latest floral trends, Emily brings curiosity, creativity, and care to every arrangement she creates.
Eric
Assistant - Set Up Crew
Emily’s husband, Eric, lovingly refers to himself as her “unpaid intern.” On wedding days, he’s often found installing arbor florals, placing centerpieces with care, and jumping in wherever support is needed. His behind-the-scenes dedication makes him an invaluable part of the team.
Christi
Floral Designer
Christi joined the team in 2021 as our first assistant designer and quickly became an essential part of our floral family. With a keen eye for detail, she’s often found meticulously checking each arrangement to ensure every bloom is perfectly placed and looking its absolute best.
James
Set Up Crew
James joined the M’s team in 2023 as a key member of our setup and large installation crew. From transporting buckets to double-checking details, he brings precision and care to every event. Whether he’s placing arrangements or helping with large-scale floral installations, James’s reliability and attention to detail make him an integral part of the team.

Silas joined our team in 2022 as a vital member of our setup and installation crew. He’s often found gathering supplies, moving arrangements with care, and thoughtfully planning the placement of each design element. His calm focus and dedication help ensure every event comes together beautifully.

Set Up Crew - Floral Designer
Ryan joined M’s in 2022 as part of our setup and installation crew, and quickly became a valuable member of our on-site design team. On wedding days, you’ll may find him crafting bud vases, designing arbor florals, or lending his creative touch to large-scale installations—always with care and precision.
